从第6届到第11届，我都是以乐手身份参与。今年终于有机会坐在台下了。

Weight went down but fat% went up… What went wrong?????

Was attempting a RPM class yesterday night with TZ at FF Axis. I only survived till track 3 and my leg started to cramp from track 4 onwards. My oh my…..

TZ was saying I pushed too hard after the 2 week injury break. *sigh*

Luckily I manage to finish most of the sets during weight training…..

 

Will attempt RPM again on Saturday morning.

I'm not dead ....

Just some short update on me. My wound is recovering. The wound has literally dried off and now waiting for the blood clot to fall off.... I still can't bend my left knee completely but the condition is much better than before.....

I'm working from home since last week. Can't really say I totally liked it but there are pros and cons. I ended up spending more money working from home.

I ordered a HTC Touch HD PDA phone and now waiting for the unit to arrive...... anxious anxious .....
