Was attempting a RPM class yesterday night with TZ at FF Axis. I only survived till track 3 and my leg started to cramp from track 4 onwards. My oh my…..
TZ was saying I pushed too hard after the 2 week injury break. *sigh*
Luckily I manage to finish most of the sets during weight training…..
Will attempt RPM again on Saturday morning.
